To participate, you must be registered as a resident of Sweden and be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 and win a prize, written consent from a legal guardian is required. By entering one of our competitions, you expressly agree to these Competition Terms and Conditions.
Candy People AB (“Candy People”, “we”, “us” and “our”)
organises all competitions published through our digital channels on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (“@candypeopleswe” and “@smarkefans”). The competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
Details of each prize, the competition rules and the competition period are stated in the relevant competition post published through our digital channels (“@candypeopleswe” and “@smarkefans”). Please note that participation is only valid if all competition rules are followed
The winner is selected by a jury at Candy People. The selection is based on the correct answer, or the closest correct answer, together with what the jury considers to be the best motivation or explanation, provided that all competition rules have been fulfilled.
If the winner cannot be reached despite repeated attempts, or if contact proves impossible, the prize will pass to the next eligible entry according to the jury’s ranking. A maximum of one prize may be awarded per household. The jury’s decision is final and cannot be appealed.
Employees of Candy People AB are not eligible to participate.
We are the data controller for the personal information collected in connection with our competitions. The information will not be used by Candy People or its partners for any purpose other than administering the competition. The winner will be contacted by private message and asked to provide their full name, address and mobile phone number so that the prize can be delivered. No personal information collected through the competition will be retained or shared for commercial purposes.
Candy People reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of equivalent value. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Any applicable tax on the prize is the responsibility of the winner and will not be reimbursed by us. The winner is responsible for ensuring that any taxes and fees are handled correctly.
We also reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time, correct any errors, and amend the competition rules or these terms and conditions.
